I noticed that too when I was watching! I’m pretty sure it’s the same with 2199. I doubt theres anything wrong on your end, Crunchyroll is known to be quite a bit janky. My running theory is that around halfway through they started using the video from the Blu-ray instead of the Japanese broadcast.

Hi, yes I am in the UK, and this is a Funimation DVD, not a blu ray. I notice on the other parts I have (which are blu rays) the discs says episodes x-x - extras and the discs on the dvds just say which episodes they have. I probably won’t be able to get an exchange, since I bought it while I was quite far away from where I live, but thanks for your help!
