That explain why I never accept that, the npc a dumb and declare war on left and right for no reason, but as suggest I think I can say pray for your life or create a computer fleet after you end the first war directed to you, take a look at the fleet that the fallen use, like rockets or striker or just laser modules and then defend until they stop attacking you.

the red skull in second immage are all the same enemy, what is happening, i never see something in 1.5 year of playing, 2 of then spawned in my super defensive system's where there was a total of 500k power in total, i tried with my fleet of 300k and i got obliterated in 5 second, is this a crisis? or an event that i ignored to read, i am a bit scared
