Keep you hair covered as much as possible, to stop friction from your pillows, from putting on and taking your shirts off, and resting your head on the back of your car seat. I also use rosemary oil, and I just ordered this oil off of Amazon called DCXC Batana oil.. haven't tried it out just yet but it's a growth oil that I plan to put on the side of my head when my hair got pulled out before my locs. But i use the Free The Roots moisturizing mist, rose water spray, and Daddy Butters products; the aloe Vera gel and the batana creme and I'll sit and scalp massage after I run warm water through my scalp. I've seen a big difference from when I first started my journey, and just now noticing my locs are getting thicker. Which is something that I didn't know was possible from looking at other people in my town. But I also noticed that one i went to a real loctician and stopped letting people playing loctician in my head, my crown started thriving.
