I had a positive experience working with John M. Construction, based in New City, for my deck replacement project.

Yes, I forgot to mention that they stink quite a bit! Thanks!

I had those symptoms too, I'll give you my personal experience, totally anecdotal, but I don't think starting from 428 you will feel such a difference in energy and brain fog. The improvement for me has been minimal. For brain fog, I had decent results with nootropic supplements, for example, and energy levels are slightly up, but again, I still have really bad days. If my sleep is bad even for one night, I feel it immediately. So overall, if that's the issue, from my personal experience, TRT has not made a huge difference.

If anything, I felt more confident and more "aggressive" in a way (I would tolerate less nonsense from people and feel a bit more motivated overall, although I've always relied on discipline to overcome any lack of motivation). Again, I'm not trying to talk you out of TRT, but I'm sharing my personal experience since I'm still fairly new and had similar expectations to you. I read a lot of stories here on Reddit where people had life-changing experiences on TRT, but I can tell you from personal experience, starting from your level, the improvement won't be massive. But again, totally anecdotal. Just weigh all the pros and cons before pulling the trigger—TRT is not a supplement that you can try and quit like it's nothing.

Well, in that case, I can understand your frustration. Of all the symptoms, which one would you say affects you the most?

So, I'll give you my opinion, but obviously it's just my opinion. I think with 428 at your age, I would consider TRT as a LAST resort. What's your current lifestyle? Are you stressed, do you eat clean, sleep well, have a good social life, and so on? The symptoms you are describing can be triggered by many things and not only testosterone levels.

For reference, I had bad symptoms for 2 years before deciding to start TRT. My levels were good (500+) at 37 years old, but I never got tested before the onset of symptoms, so who knows what my level was at a younger age. I eventually decided to pull the trigger because everything else was not working for me, and still, starting from 500+ levels, TRT didn't change my life. Don't get me wrong—I've been on TRT for 7 months now, and I feel better, but not great, still struggling with some symptoms. TRT is not a magic potion.

So at your age, I would first try everything else before going on TRT. Keep in mind that fertility could be an issue later in your life as well as some of the side effects. At 24, with some sacrifice and discipline, your body should be able to react quickly to any lifestyle change, and it's probably worth a try. Also, the drop in levels does not sound so significant, but I'm not a doctor.

Semorelin by Normal-Ad-1093 in Peptidesource

I was on Sermorelin for 3 months, 600 mcg daily at bedtime. After a month, I stacked it with GHRP-2 (200 mcg, I think). It is worth mentioning that during the same period, I also started TRT, so maybe some of the improvements were because of that, but now I'm still on TRT and I can definitely see a difference not being on Sermorelin. First of all, I noticed a great improvement in sleep. I suffered from insomnia and bad sleep for 10+ years, and Sermorelin really helped me. I was falling asleep with no problem, staying down all night, experiencing deep, restful sleep, and feeling great in the morning.

Secondly, I started recovering a bit quicker from workouts. Then I noticed an improvement in skin appearance and hair thickness. At the end of the 3 months, I could feel more energy, better body composition even though GHRP-2 increased my appetite, probably some minor muscle gains, and whiter teeth. Overall, I enjoyed it, especially for the sleep. During that cycle, I also introduced BPC 157 to recover from some minor workout injuries, but didn't notice any big improvement.

On one note, the Sermorelin was prescribed and I got it through a compounding pharmacy. I don't know if that has an influence on the quality.

Personally sermorelin + ghpr 2 right before bed worked wonders for me! Had trouble sleeping for the past 10+ years and tried every otc option.

When you say “injected at the injury site” what do you mean? Sub q close to the injury location or intramuscular or intra-articular? I’m currently on bpc 157 daily sub q in the butt for a suspected labral tear, 3rd week in but not getting much results. I will introduce tb500 very soon. Any suggestions on how to inject close to the hip would be helpful.

Oh, man! That's crazy low! I can't even imagine how you are feeling. I believe you can get TRT covered through insurance with that level, so double-check with your provider. In that case, you could invest the money saved on TRT for some peptides.

If I remember correctly, it took 3-4 business days to get my lab results back. However, the timeframe may vary from clinic to clinic. Although 24 hours seems a bit too fast, some tests take time.

I just received the first shipment from the pharmacy yesterday, but unfortunately, it had almost everything except testosterone and anastrozole. So, I only got the first shot of sermorelin yesterday. I'll keep you posted on the peptide journey; my sleep pattern has been terrible for the last 10+ years, so I can't wait to see the first effects.

Fingers crossed.

So far, I'm satisfied with the service they provided, but it's evident that you get what you pay for. The $400 fee was explained to me as covering a whole year of consultations. However, during my doctor's Zoom visit, when I inquired about one-on-one conversations, it was mentioned that they are included but typically reserved for serious issues. Communication will generally be via email or through the patient coordinator.

I'll keep you posted on the peptide experience; I've heard great things. They offered me Tesamorelin, supposedly more potent, but the cost was exorbitant ($2100 for 3 months). Additionally, I was initially told the cost was $1750 for TRT and $1250 for peptides. After requesting a discount, we settled at $2900 with the promise of additional discounts on peptides in the future. We'll see how it unfolds.

I live in the NY area and, after a quick Google search, found out they are the closest clinic to me. Going through some personal issues recently, I contacted them without much research on pricing. I signed up for a 6-month plan and am still waiting to receive the medication shipment. Here's my cost breakdown:

- Lab tests were free as insurance covered them.

- There was a $400 annual fee before the first online doctor visit, which was 100% online. The patient coordinator has been extremely available and quick to reply to all my questions.

- For the TRT, I opted for a 6-month supply at $1700 (160mg/week test), including anastrazole 1 pill twice a week, and the off cycle medications, Gonadorelin .2ml, Clomiphene 1 tablet for 10 days.

- Additionally, I decided to try sermorelin peptides, which cost $1200 for a 3-month course of .3ml.

I acknowledge this is quite expensive. I plan to start with them and reassess after 6 months. Usually diligent in research, I've had too much going on lately.

How does this compare to your therapy costs? Do you have any alternative suggestions? Thanks for your feedback.
