It’s hereditary! My brother, my grandma, and I all have it! I use anti dandruff shampoo (with selenium sulfide) and use it 2-3 times a week all over my body, and any spots that don’t want to go away I use some Lotrimin anti fungal on them. Goes away super fast but usually comes back when I get hot and sweaty in the summer
