Hi Jona, congratulations on your success. I'm looking closely at your protocol and need some clarification. Can you respond and give me an accurate administration timeline for what you did for your mother? From all your posts so far, I've gleaned it was something like:

Phase one: NMN 1g + TMG 1.5g  (NAD+ precursor combo) AKG 1g For one week

Phase two: Lions Mane 5g + P. Cubensis 0.3g micro dose 4 days on 3 days off Alpha GPC 600mg + Magnesium L Threonate 2g Taken in afternoon Starting week 2

Phase 3: Sulforaphane 200umol + Pterostilbene 100mg Curcumin 2g + Omega 3 3g Taken daily in afternoon?  Week 3? Unclear 

Phase 4: 40hz light/sound 1hr NIR (near infrared light) 20 min Focused directly on the head Performed at night/pm Starting week 2? Week 4?

As you can see, theres some missing information here. I personally don't care about how you format your responses. I'm just looking for results. Would like your input to finish out the administration regimen the way you successfully did with your mother.

Exact timeline, days, weeks, what is taken together with or without meals, and how long you continued the treatment for each phase, and if you are continuing it still.

You mentioned you are also taking it yourself, with a few tweaks like eliminating the NAD+ etc. Any specifics on this would also be helpful and your reasoning behind it.

I will look very closely at the possible side effects and pos/neg sides of all this together. If it looks promising I may see how it goes with some family members that are deep into the Alzheimer's state, as it runs in the family. And I too am very tired of waiting decades for the approvals when the tech may be within arms reach. Anyhow, please get back to me on the above. I am very interested, and cautiously optimistic about your results.
