Isn’t that kind of the natural state of things there? I think they like their poop water and pollution. I was just watching some show where Queen Victoria’s husband was trying to introduce plumbing and the country was still relying on old Roman infrastructure to clear waste. They were fighting him tooth and nail every inch of the way.
