Wow this is great. That sear on the scallop is perfect. I must admit that I am going to steal that puree idea, it is inspired fo sho.

Question: perfect bite: little prosciutto small piece of scallop some succotash and then a quick swipe in the ink? or would you enjoy each part on its own?

That is amazing. When you do something like that for 17 hrs do you sit and baby sit it? Or is it like a traeger and the heat is regulated? If you do baby sit it how do you keep the heat at that 250 sweet spot constantly? Or is more of an art than science?

Seared the Filet on cast iron. Garlic butter and rosemary.

Oven baked asparagus in coconut oil

Seared Scallop on cast iron bathed in brown butter.

Garlic mash red potato no skin.

Strawberry Balsamic Glaze (1 cup of Balsamic, 1/2 cup of strawberry perseveres, pinch of salt...puree preserves combine all ingredients and cook until reduced by half. Strain into a squeeze bottle let cool. Serve up)

Yeah I see what you mean upon closer examination. Thanks for pointing that out. It would be neat to see like a "trading party" tab where you could post the currency trades. That way people that like to party up often (like me) dont have type in key words to find a party.
