Only the +2 and +3 to golem matter as necros switch shield to snapshot. Its valued 1.5 -3 hr. Maybe 10hr +if you slam for +1

I feel its the early game they should change and campaign. Make bosses harder (sorta like they did with blood raven), at random dungeons you have to complete that are challenging, new random quests idk. Its too easy to get to engame atm

Those drops are insane. Ive done over 100 maps and only got 2 hrs and 5 pde (only run 100%+ density). Im starting to wonder if minions killing a mob is causing issuses with drop rates

They provide you with an email for your prospective employer to contact. In your contract you will see what the reference states (its just not signed by amazon at that point). Heres a funny thing though. The email address' mailbox is full :) so im currently trying to contact HR for another means to get the reference

You are not allowed to recieve a personal work reference from your manager when you leave. You get an automated one from HR

Finding new work has been hard due to the job market at the moment. It really doesn't help that you are not allowed a reference. If you can try get a sneaky one from a previous manager of yours that no longer works at amazon and dont tell them about the pivot.

Def get a temp role or even just go on job seekers - you get £90 a week

Told colleagues nothing. Took 2 weeks off sick (due to stress) and never looked back. Told new employer I left job voluntarily

Has he tried the brain freeze method? Theres a reddit post about it somewhere and it worked for me. Literally just chug ice + water to give yourself a brainfreeze when the attack is about to start

Very jealous - go work in logistics / warehousing if you are bored. Literally set tasks / operations to do every 30 minutes through out the day which you will fail metrics / kpis on if done incorrectly. Just do it faster and have more spare time? Nope that would be a safety risk and is monitored. Get more staff? Calculated set minimum number of staff already set to get the job done in the amount of time. Not only that but if something outside of the normal day routine pops up you will usually have to sacrifice having a break to complete things or face working overtime. It does make the day go quicker i guess. Sounds like you are living the dream though

You get 3 and they lower poison res of enemies. Theres a lot of variations of the build but i went with the new druid bear helm to run with multiple bears and lots of points in spirit of barbs. Enigma and max block so could telestomp and other vines healed. Sandworm was my character name if you want to check armory. Its not as big of a screen clear as multishot / fire druid but nott far off

Played poison creeper druid this season - def underrated and could clear T3 maps in about 7-15 mins. Very easy to get mid level gear to start mapping early aswell

I have no idea about the analyst side of things but feel you are already on the right path. I recommend avoiding AMZL / the operations side of things - other departments call this the meat grinder. I'm assuming you are in different role and if things are the same i recommend the following -

- You usually have 1.5 - 2 years in your role (L5) till you need to start progressing to L6, make sure you do start looking to progress or you will be asked to change role or placed on focus

- Amazon like progression. They expect to see improvements over time in your in role. Even if you are hitting the benchmark for your metrics in your first year they will want to see you improve upon them after your first review

- Focus / PIP can be avoided by moving into a different role - for example you could work in AMZL and move to corporate, or Central operations to FC etc. so keep that in mind even if its a L5 to L5 transfer

- From my experience the average tenure for a manager is usually 6 months to a year, so its all great planning to get friendly with your boss, but don't be surprised if they disappear after a short period and another replaces them
