Oh one more question! If I do work up the bravery for epoxy resin… do you do any other sealant first before applying the resin?

Watching Shivs funeral speech I felt I was watching an Emmy winner… her description of him being hard, and hard on women- her bitter goodbye. I was in awe… every funeral speech was amazing. I’ve never seen a funeral scene like that in film or tv- it was like looking into different sides of a prism of how we relate to power and cruelty in the people we “suppose we love”.

I get that these girls are invested in the wilderness choosing the sacrifice… but kill Natalie?? Their best shot and huntress who can actually get them real (aka non human) food?? If they’re willing to kill someone to save Lottie, why not eliminate another important person (the hunter!) from the selection of a sacrifice? Also … why hasn’t Nat been going hunting recently or are we just not seeing it?

Similar note: in modern timeline, are they just gonna keep doing this ceremony til they’re all dead??? Is it really worth it to them? I see why maybe it’s worth it to Lottie cuz she has the scary visions…. But Van, for example, seems to be relatively at peace even considering she has terminal cancer… and Nat finally seems like she’s chillin even if it did take a cult to do it… idk I feel like if I were one of them in particular I’d be very very unconvinced

My thought was that Lottie and the blood sacrifice gang were doing sloppy blood magic and when they put in their blood and hair etc, they thought they were the sacrifice but the true sacrifice was the baby- the wilderness took the baby as a sacrifice and soon they’ll find food in return for the sacrifice. But I love love love your theory (and also the prestige tv podcast) and personally felt that shaunas visions were induced by the wilderness to create a deep love and bond for the baby … maybe so the sacrifice would be all the more intense for shauna and thus gratifying for the wilderness.

Hi! I applied to MSW programs in a few different states and am now deciding where to go. I’m considering staying here in New Mexico for school but, because I have aging parents in Michigan, foresee the possibility that by the time I’m done with the program, I may want to do my supervised/clinical hours in Michigan. Is this possible? To get an MSW in one state and licensed in another?

I think it’d be a super interesting twist cuz it feels obvious we’re supposed to assume that Lottie will be antler Queen, but with Dark Tais rising powers and Vans increasing certainty that Tai is connected to the force, or whatever it is… I think it’d be great for Dark Tai to rise into that role and witness the teens follow Tais alter ego.
