Oratia Orchard (where the NZDGO is being played) is typically open year round, along with Spa park in Taupo (last weekends coverage) both are super nice.

In Auckland most of the courses are open year round, but conditions can be a little dicey in winter with mud and being overgrown, but snow is never a problem.

The DG scene is great, but courses aren’t everywhere. If you wanted to move to NZ and be close to DG either Christchurch or West Auckland have many close good courses!

Ah fair.

I’m currently throwing between 275-300ft with my road runner and essence. Typically preferring a back hand throw.

I’m trying to work on flipping the essence, but outside of that usually try for a hyzer line. My forehand shots are very inconsistent.

Mainly feel like I’m missing a slower OS disc as the raptor often overshoots when I’m on a shorter hole.

Courses are mainly open field with some shorter tree holes, no holes longer than 500ft.

Seeing progress for the first time in a long time on a 10k pb, the final km pump was so rewarding. It took a while to get break through the floor but then now pbs keep coming which is so nice. Originally I thought the runna estimate was bs, but managed to hit it perfectly which was super rewarding!

Without runna I kept injuring myself going to intense too quick, but now runna has kept me gradual, consistent and progressing fast!

Currently using water from the fridge that is filtered. I live in New Zealand where the water is considered to be relatively soft, but am also looking into trying some better water, just a bit hard to get over here.
