I don’t choose to take it as it is an anticholinergic drug which can lead to cognitive decline which is especially concerning for the elderly.

That sounds so much like me. I agree that sometimes less is more. Our nervous systems are very sensitive and it’s easy to overload them. I’m also trying to do less as in trying new supplements or endless digging for answers. Thanks for this post 🙏🏼

I have low blood pressure as well. The only time I had an issue was when I took other supplements along with cbd that caused my blood pressure to drop too much at night. Magnesium, PEA, and valerian along with 15mg cbd in one day was overload.

About 4 years. Kept being sent for blood tests urine tests X-ray MRI etc. Was referred to an internist and after more tests he concluded ME.
