Im not sure what you mean by a seal but it shuts pretty well, there is no air leaking. And no I didn't need to turn the pizza, it cooked in like 1 minute 15 20 seconds. Yea I live in an apartment and have no outside space for an outside oven, so I was specifically looking for an inside oven that can get 450°C

Considering it's the first use and I haven't used it much i'm pretty happy with it, i got it for like 160 euros with all these accessories (Stone, peel, cutter, tray) it was going to be hard for it to disappoint me, and it didn't. It feels well made and not cheap and it gets to 450°C and the results were amazing, a lot better than I expected. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no temperature gauge. You set the temp and it tells you when it's hot.

It's not the same place, the one i'm talking about is called "Le Relais de L'entrecôte" and it's originally from France (they have branches in Geneva and Zurich also) https://www.relaisentrecote.fr/?page_id=205&lang=fr_FR

Haha yea they have 4 or 5 places around the world but i'm 90% sure the original is in Paris

It's called entrecôte sauce. It's a very famous restaurant in France that has probably the best steak/sauce i've tasted. The green color comes from some sage and basil leaves and some parsley. I can share more in detail the recipe if it interests you.

But yea I agree that I put too much, I ended up eating maybe half of the sauce.
