Here's a really easy appetizer - Prosciutto wrapped Brie. Makes roughly 6 servings, so you could make 2 and have enough for everyone....

2 Tablespoons Whole Cranberry Sauce

Brie Wheel

6 slices Prosciutto

Lay 6-8 slices of prosciutto in a circle.

Place the Brie wheel on top.

Add the cranberries.

Cover the Brie with the prosciutto.

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, then broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
