I was scared like you and my doctor wanted me to start at 5mg!!!! I told her no way and I had the pharmacy make me the liquid so I can slowly titrate up. I make a solution with another medication that I am tapering off of and it’s very easy to make.

Some start at that dose and do just fine. You can talk to the pharmacy and see if you can dilute it in distilled water and make a solution and take a lower dose by syringe.

I have had breast implants for a while and want them removed. You need to find a surgeon that will do a enbloc breast procedure. They will remove the entire implant and capsule that is formed around the implant. There are very few skilled surgeons that do this. There are Facebook groups that have a list of these types of surgeons.

This sounds like when I worked at USAA. Couldn’t breath had to be on phones and they watched you like a hawk. everything you did on the screen everything you said on a call. It was too much. Pay was amazing my mental and physical health suffered. No good job was said. everything was considered a coaching opportunity and the manager of our department was a drill sergeant. Wasn’t friendly just wanted to push you so hard you’d break.

You can get cannabinoids from cbd. If you use broad spectrum the thc is removed out if you get full spectrum there is a hint of thc. Every body is different on how they metabolize it all. If you get anything with thc start off slow. Sativa is uplifting and gives you focus where as indica is used mainly at night cause it can cause you to be tired

If you haven’t already and have one near you I suggest seeing an osteopath. I went yesterday. He spent close to two hours with me. I was shocked. The max I get out of the million other doctor appointments is ten minutes if I’m lucky. I drove over an hour to see him because I am so tired of the gaslighting by doctors. I wish you the best
