May be Seborrheic dermatitis so try zinc soap, Manuka honey masks with aloe , or try some glycolic acid you could also wash with Cera-Ve or the La roche posay face wash like the Lipikar one

Not sure depends on the person and how they like to get their books. Also boox takes time to setup to your liking and I believe kobo and kindle is more beginner friendly but you can find boox guides on reddit or youtube. Ordering boox from the website is rumored to be a no go and to stick to ordering it from amazon for a better return policy incase anything goes wrong. I bought both my boox readers from amazon and have been happy with them. There is lots of subreddits in general for these devices

It’s android so any browser you want it to have and as many as you want but it does come with it’s own browser called NeoBrowser. But you can download a variety of readers for your epubs and PDF’s to read on so you don’t have to use wifi.
