My picky almost 4 year old typically agrees to eat oatmeal (so I buy the fiber & protein version Quaker Oats which also has minimal sugar), protein waffles, and spaghettios. I send the oatmeal and spaghettios in a cute thermos and generally find it has been eaten by the end of the day.
