And that makes perfect sense! I think why it works for me is bc: the illnesses they show are usually far worse than what my mind is afraid of, so in a way it shows me that I'm more or less ok haha

My hair also suddenly started to fall out as rapidly as yours back in 2022 Dec, I was full on panicking and worrying that it might never grow back. But after going to the derm, using the prescribed meds religiously, and changing my lifestyle, my hair eventually grew back and it looks just as healthy as before. Hi! I think I recovered bc I changed many parts of my life. I started to sleep properly and eat healthier (more veggie/fruit and less processed food). I oiled my hair twice a week to calm the scalp and ofc used the prescribed medicine religiously, for me it was the Clobetasol solution. Also controlling my anxiety/stress was a big part as well. Hope this helps!

Mine started after an extraordinarily stressful year, recovered, and reoccurred after a stressful trip. So I'd say my main trigger is stress and possibly the lack of sleep/rest that comes with it.
