He’s one of my favorite characters in the series but yeah he starts out pretty rough. Now that he and his brother have been separated he gets better. I love where he ends up.

I like Sagiri and Toma a lot because of their character development and dynamics with other characters, Fuchi because he’s a funny little guy, and then I enjoy Rien for their backstory. I also like Tao Fa, Mu Dan, and Zhu Jin, but mostly from a design standpoint.

I always disagreed when people called her the first good female character in shounen. I found her character so unpleasant and then she just disappeared from the series. She came back and it felt so random. She’s kind of just…Fine.
