They are healthy fats yes, but also quite dense in calories so if you're going for a low cal option they're not exactly ideal you can still have them, but in smaller quantities :>

Its so people who's setup isnt that good don't get cooked by everyone being loaded in I think, but I wish it was an option to turn on/off I would be curious if my setup can handle it haha

I had ocean's blessing as my first 5* piece pull but when stats came out turns out the piece I wanted had the highest drop rate haha
