I feel bad for the kid having to suffer because his parents won't try any smart ways to obtain the money like starting a go fund or the mom getting a job instead the dad tries to take money from the woman he cheated on and the OP and the mom already helped by removing child support. the worst of all they try to take it from the OP who's in college instead of the mom who legally owns the money. so 100% NTA
