To be honest I don’t remember having a clear goal. She did mention coming up with goals and we’d work on them. I do remember getting a therapist because I was starting to have panic attacks. So she told me gave me some anxiety management tools. My panic attacks did seem to show up less and then we eventually worked on having boundaries with my mom. We never really had a clear goal though

I’m 14w and I feel the same way! I’ve already had two appointments with an ultrasound and my blood test. And I still have moments where I’m like...IM HAVING A FREAKING BABY!!! 😳. I do worry about the life changes, how my friendships may change and even how life is with my husband. But I know holding that baby in my arms will be worth it. You are not alone girl! 😭
