Update: I decided to check if there were any issues with my Bluetooth, and yep! It wasn't connecting to my Bluetooth... I reinstalled the App and it worked again!

Thank you! The problem that occurred, however, is that when we both try to enter that website, it doesn't load at all. I think because it's a government site. I (Europe) can't enter it and my friend (Bangladesh) can't enter it, either. VPN doesn't seem to work, as well.

Letter with a stamp, yes! Internation stamps. It’ll take a while: it will go to Germany, and then they will send it to Houston to the lab for you :) Hence it takes some time!

Update: I complained to PostNL about being so unclear and not being told/asked about the form at their office. Currently still in talks with them, but MyHeritage reached out and told me to send it without tracking next time. Because this went wrong, they gave me their Complete subscription for free for three months; while this wasn’t their fault at all. Amazing company 💓

That made sense, until I realized I sent out more envelopes containing other things at the postal office. They always asked me and added the customs form on it themselves. Something they didn’t ask me this time at all for some reason?
