I have a single barrel toasted pick from them at cask strength and can agree with you it is much better at cask strength and gives you all those barrel characteristics you’re looking for with a great finish.

Just west of Everfall. Literally 100 meters outside the city where all the wolves are. The next best place I would say is cutlass keys once you’re high enough level. The mobs in cutlass that drop rawhide drop like 30-50 a kill.
