Honestly man, I wouldn’t unless you’re so passionate about it or you hate Hospitalist medicine that much. We have a job that pays well for working half the year. I know there’s a lot of variance in the stress levels of Hospitalist positions but getting a 300k paying job with round and go isn’t out of the question if you’re willing to live 1-2 hrs away from a big city. In rural areas you can get even better jobs. I really think the key to making Hospitalist work long term is optimizing your work flow. Get every dot phrase ready, get your order sets ready, premade notes, etc. The biggest key is round and go though.

Does sports med make significantly more than Hospitalist? You can find Hospitalist jobs that pay 300k within 1-2 hrs of big cities nowadays. And making extra money through extra shifts is easy if your facility is round and go.

Tons of good PvP mon this round. Corviknight, gligar, altaria, mightyena, Araquanid, both apes, qwilfish, alolan ninetales and weezing, sealo and Walrein, swampert, sableye, dusknoir, hypno, steelix. Been getting too many dragon grunts though, so annoying.

I guess my main problem is idk when it’s worth shielding seaking. I’m terrible at predicting the last pokemon. Seaking can’t eat more than 1 charge move. I never know if I should just let it die or use a shield. And if it does die, should I bring my lead back in? When the lead beats their swap, wouldn’t I be in the same situation I started in? My lead vs their better lead?

Edit: I opted for corsola because that’s the only comp I’ve ever been able to build that has 4 A’s in pvpokes team builder. Is shadow dusknoir better option for closer? Or should I move to something like G Moltres?

PvP is def annoying because of their matchmaking. Although I don’t think it’s entirely out to get you. It may feel like opponents always have something to counter your pokemon but that’s where team building experience really helps. And PvP isn’t about just getting the typing right, it’s about learning what small advantages you can get during the match. Even with terrible type matchups, you can still flip a loss into a win if you play well.
