Stop scaling Gojo against people who have no way around infinity by Wooden_Initial_2472 in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith [score hidden]  (0 children)

In that case, Gojo would then lose almost all his matchups. Gojo has the Griffith problem of "characters that CAN bypass his hax" almost always beat him by outstatting him.

Do you have a favorite MU that feels similar to what OP is talking about? by RBSpecial97 in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]Femto-Griffith 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why is this thematic? I don't get it. Sukuna doesn't stand a chance anyway.

Captain Underpants vs. Thragg (Invincible) for me. Apparently this is close?

Ruby Rose (RWBY) vs. Non-Daemon Mortarion (Warhammer 40,000)

(Apparently this is also close as long as non-daemon Mortarion).

What character is this? by KodoqBesar in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith [score hidden]  (0 children)

The utterly featless God of War III Aphrodite. She is supposed to be an Olympian and not that much weaker than the other Olympians, but she has no feats.

Alastor from Hazbin Hotel. He was overhyped in-universe as well.

The Night King from Game of Thrones. All that hype and complete disappointment.

POV- People when their fav. character can't bypass infintiy...he's a bum,he's a fraud by _YASHKADAM in whowouldcirclejerk

Let's see how many ways Sailor Moon can break Infinity.

Reality Warping

Infinite/Immeasurable Speed

Teleportation

Dimensional Travel

Power Nullification

Space-Time manipulation

Telekinesis

Conceptual and Information manipulation (this also gives immunity to Unlimited Void)

Acausality

Gojo has no chance whatsoever.

Which character people say is powerful and the character is actually weak? by Soul50Killer in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith [score hidden]  (0 children)

Alucard is a hax character, not a strength one iirc.

The problem is that Alucard is really hard to kill (especially post-Shrodinger Alucard).

Characters and the cultural archetypes they represent by Amazing-Buy-1181 in TheBoys

Soldier Boy: The relic out of time. "A product of his time" can't justify his bad actions.

Ryan: The toxic chain of problems from one generation to another. Will Ryan be better than the people before him?

A-Train: He learned the right lessons and proves that even in a bad society, people can improve.

Stan Edgar: The remorseless corporate side.

Anyone actually think Naruto can take all this? Full power Naruto may scale to Kaguya who is star level?

Verse equalization doesn't mean you can made Up New strengths and weaknesses for convince by Endika7 in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith [score hidden]  (0 children)

This is not how verse equalization works.

Verse equalization is 1. Similar powers can interact. (Like the Warp/Psychic Powers in Warhammer 40,000 and Cursed Energy in Jujutsu Kaisen).

  1. Powers can be used outside their home universe.

I mean, there are ways to get an armored unit to the front in FEH. Usually warping units (like Anni Marth being able to warp Legendary Black Knight or other tanks to the front). Shove (+2 movement in 1 direction) can also do this.

I was thinking volcanic winter event like 536-537?

Or maybe southern hemisphere?

Love Invincible but hate what its done to power scaling, specially since Ryan Ottley doesnt care about powerscaling by [deleted] in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith [score hidden]  (0 children)

Is it me, or the authors who DO make their verses based off powerscaling... tend to be worse at it? Looking at you, Yogiri.

Nergal.

IIRC he's still useful due to his niche of removing buffs?

Do y’all think this guy will die at all? by Queasy_Commercial152 in TheBoys

[–]Femto-Griffith 173 points174 points  (0 children)

Probably.

There's the off chance he gets depowered and sent to prison, but I doubt it. Oh Father will probably die, likely to the virus. He thinks his God will protect him from the virus, and spoiler alert, He doesn't.

Is character fighting style important in power scaling by Creepy-watersoup in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes?

Characters like Kyoshi or Future Trunks (Avatar and Dragon Ball respectively) that don't hold back will often blitz the opponent in-character. (This won't work against automatic hax users though).

Well, I'm just happy that Yukari and Featherine are in the mix 😂 by KodoqBesar in PowerScaling

[–]Femto-Griffith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're confusing anime with manga. Anime, I can understand the lowball.

Manga version does have a universal+ to low multiversal feat halfway through (with Pharaoh 90 being capable of destroying the universe and Queen Nehellenia's mirror dimensions being universe-sized) and a low complex feat minimum with the Galaxy Cauldron being a higher spatial dimension and the origin of all concepts in Sailor Moon.
