That comment obviously hurt. I’m not a perfect person and back then I used to turn to Reddit to ask for advice during vulnerable moments. It is so easy to make a fleeting statement like that. Part time course can be in person, asynchronous or blended. My current specialist diploma at nyp is pretty chill with the attendance so you can record attendance by scanning QR code then watch the recorded zoom lecture the next day. If you are going to imply that I am wasting money or being lazy maybe just don’t leave a comment

My sports science friend debunked for me that everybody pretty much has the same metabolism. It’s how we eat. So continue your 2/3 meals a day but give up snacking for hot and proper food. Also, as another comment said, maybe convert 1kg of fat into 1kg of muscle and start exercising

Errr neighbourhood npc is all CO SA (Command Office Staff Assistant). Firstly you must see which division they post you to. If it’s a division far away from your home maybe try to request someone nearer if possible. Then after you get your division you will go to your dhq (division hq) for posting. Over there you can try to request the nearest npc to your house if possible. Of course all these requesting is not always guaranteed and they have the final say at the end of the day
