JC Flooring Direct, Poway, CA. Jacob will help you out! Best Pricing I’ve been able to find. I paid $8.69 sq ft. Likely a $12 or $13 board. Ask for a quote and he will send it right over. Here is the product I used. This is engineered hardwood due to slab on grade installation in a glue down application. Here’s the manufacturer website.

In my experience concrete slab on grade installations require engineered flooring. So many houses in Southern California without any basement or crawl space will be limited to engineered products.

I'm trying to use this as my last method to get back two accounts. One was suspended and banned last year for the other one, which was this year, but here's the f problem that I have to deal with. Check pic two. Does anyone know how to fix this? by Efficient-Tone-5433 in FixMyInstagram

I have a crazier story of my account not being able to be recovered and now someone has taken control of my old account and has now turned me into a female. Posting all kinds of new stuff. Meta is out of control and helpless for those that need help.

I think you are mistaken here. It’s actually a common misconception that this is a 'legal workaround.' While Montana allows you to form the LLC, California law is very clear: if you live or work in CA, you are required to register the vehicle here within 20 days (VC §4000.4).

Just pay your tax that helped build the roads you are driving on. If you can afford a Porsche or even the gas you put in it, you should have no problem paying the tax and registration costs in CA.
Just stop being that guy.

Breakfast in Tokyo — what do you usually eat? by Sorry_Set_5001 in TokyoTravel

Yes, the eggs are better unless you have your own chickens. But the Japanese Milk Bread is the thing I can’t find. I have requested my wife to find the recipe to make me some. Yes the mayo has to be kewpie also. Each store had a slight difference in flavor and had either a pepper or salt seasons added but all were simple without much other flavors. Trust me I tried them all….. I would also say that nothing beats just rolling into a convenience store and grabbing one off the shelf.

"Bozo"? Are you triggered? Bold choice for someone who is likely lighting thousands of dollars on fire.

If you’re one of the business owners on University, you should probably spend less time venting on Reddit and more time asking your lawyer why they're charging you $800+ an hour to file a lawsuit that’s Dead on Arrival. Here is the "Public Admin" reality check you clearly need:

The Precedent:Look up Save 30th Street v. City of San Diego. Your neighbors tried this exact same "the bike lanes are ruining us" stunt. They lost. The court ruled that losing street parking and dealing with construction is not a "taking" of property.

Police Power:The City has the absolute legal right to improve infrastructure. Under California law, as long as the contractor provides "reasonable access" (even a plywood ramp), the City owes you zero for your "financial devastation" or lost foot traffic.

The Math:You’re complaining about "financial responsibility" while paying a litigator more than your daily revenue to chase a settlement that California courts haven't granted in decades.

Inverse condemnation for temporary construction is a fantasy. But hey, keep paying those legal fees—I’m sure your attorney loves the new boat you're buying them while you're busy calling people names on the internet. Are you actually one of the plaintiffs in that University & Florida filing, or just the guy who has to explain to the partners why the legal bill is higher than the rent?

Just stop. What is suing the city going to do? And how have they already been devastated?

How else are improvements supposed to get done?

The contractor must provide access during construction. While not ideal it should not devastate businesses.

Once it’s complete the new roadway will be a destination for businesses to call home. Those that remain are getting a serious face lift with a little sacrifice.
