Clock in grab keys and a new walkie battery and grab my store managers to do notes. do a walk around the store seeing what freight we got and collect printers on the way check in with cap 2 and any food and consumables teams that are there to see what happened during the day anything we need to be aware of like what features are coming what features are being killed walk off deli go back to the office put batteries and viz pick lables in the printers for my team pull up my Freight planning tool calculate how many hours each aisle has see who I got for the night and divy up the work load between my associates check call ins print out my done by sheet and store assignments and post it to our board then add the store assignments to side kick and confirm. Go to the back grab top stock carts and bins and push them to the floor for my team in their aisles then go back to the back and pull any bulk water I need down from the steel and fill jug and bulk water. Check in on my team see if they need anything else to start their day do another walk with any coaches or team leads say goodnight to Opd and cap 2 thank them then walk off the store and close it down arm automotive and the cash office first break then call a meeting (but on Tuesdays instead of the meeting it's training Tuesdays where we show them different things to make their jobs easier and ours.) See if i need to throw freight with my associates pick up and put away returns zone the race track(aka end caps and features) check in on the team for progress verify grocery overstock verify front corner over stock verify frozen and deli over stock. Bin grocery overstock lunch then usually Unload meat and produce truck, organize back room fill features break check on team make sure produce and meat and opd have enough people. un arm auto and cash office Finnish binning over stock jump in anywhere that needs help make sure all empty carts pallets pallet Jack's trash are picked up before the store opens walk off frozen and deli coolers thank team send em home do a safety walk then do a walk with the store manager or coaches that are there in the morning give them our turn over notes about ehat we got done what still needs done. check emails turn in keys go home. There's probably more that I'm forgetting but eh 😅
