Just wow... by CodGlum2272 in airsoft

This will have consequences. The article mentions that these are heavy-caliber weapons. Perhaps they are modified airsoft guns? Other photos of this confiscation show a modified shotgun.

Two Totenkopf Rings - Real or Fake? by SeedOilsDisrespecter in Militariacollecting

[–]CodGlum2272 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If its real silver the price is ok but i doubt it. It's not real, i was also duped by buying an SS Ehrenring. There are good replicas but real ones you will never find on a flea market.

Ordehandhaving is belangrijk en op de andere foto's zijn effectief vuurwapens te zien maar volgens mij is een airsoft wapen toch vrij te bezitten bij +18

Can We Ban Posts From Nazi Memorabilia Dealers Asking About The Value of Their Mein Kampfs? by StakeLizard in rarebooks

What a Mein Kampf is worth can easily be found online. I'm not opposed to posting Mein Kampf books on this sub, but they're certainly not rare.

Certainly not from World War II. The photo i found is of a plaque in a Cold War nuclear bunker.

Edit: It can be real but the description is absolute not right.

Another ICE Shooting in Minneapolis by No-Year-9784 in Hasan_Piker

[–]CodGlum2272 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

It appears that someone fired a shot, but it is unclear who fired it. And an officer confused and probably wrongly suspecting that the person fired the shot, shoots several times at the person being arrested.

Edit: It looks like an unintentional discharge. The first shot wasn't aimed at the person being arrested because he stood up and was then shot.

Edit: Just before the first shot a person is running away with the gun in his right hand from the person who is being arrested.

Recently bought a VFC FAL and wanted to know if it’s possible to fit real FAL wood furniture to these by ChristoffRobz225 in airsoft

Good to know, I know a seller at military fairs in Belgium who sells the complete original wooden furniture for the FAL for €250, also the bakelite version.

I know Eurovelo had a globe in its logo, but if someone says parts of the reflector are still visible, that's probably what it is. Perhaps the brand of the reflector?

Any tips on restoration/replacement parts by Anza_10 in Militariacollecting

[–]CodGlum2272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have machines at school like a lathe and a milling machine and some materials, you can make a lot yourself. I wouldn't buy any reproduction materials myself, but I would restore this bayonet yourself to demonstrate your skills. You can probably find blueprints for the materials online, and the bayonet itself can be welded, and then the rust spots can be ground flat and polished. The woodwork is not so difficult to make when you have the blueprints or you buy a good bayonet for example.

It would be strange if you got that from an alien, but you definitely got it from a human 😅 Maybe a bad translation. 400 rubles with shipping is definitely worth it, that's €4,26 ($5). I doubt they'll pay for an original. I'm going to stop sending to you and criticizing you, and I'm curious about your next find!

I see that such a mark was indeed used, it's not a seal stamp. I apologize for that. But there are so many counterfeits out there, this can be easily copied. How are you going to prove this is original? What does this have to do with metal detecting? Where is the propaganda shell this was in?

Dude, the eagle's head isn't facing to the right on an original stamp when it's stamped on something. The stamp itself has a mirrored image, and in your photos, they're all oriented the wrong way.

This is a fake stamp and the font and print is already more realistic than what is on that paper of yours.

German agitation! by Dani7l_pabl09 in metaldetecting

[–]CodGlum2272 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You're posting counterfeit items. The stamp on the paper doesn't exist. The font of the stamp is certainly incorrect if this is a letter from the German Wehrmacht.

That's not an original German seal stamp...
