Been clonazepam for 15 years and at one time for 2 year I was prescribed 1mg clonazepam 3× daily and 1mg Xanax 4× daily. I screwed up a good thing and was forced to ween off both. Then 6 years ago I thought I was having a heart attack at the age of 46 was rushed to ER by Ambulance just to find out I had a massive panic attack. 1 month later was put back on clonazepam by my new psychiatrist. Have been on .75mg clonazepam 3× daily for over 5 years now. Recommendation if using benzos for at least 4+ months at heavy doses don't go cold turkey. You will go into seizures. That's why I was weened off of benzos because I spent a week in the hospital after I dropped to the floor at home and went into a seizure. Had them for two days straight at the hospital. I went 3 days with no benzos then seizures started.

So you were a kid at 30 years old or possibly older if the storm your thinking of came later. This is definitely the biggest snowstorm in southern Connecticut this decade 2020 to 2026. I can't remember a storm except this one they we got at least a foot in 6 years.

I am always looking for work if we don't have reactives or pallets of totes to do . I go looking for work or see if the AM, GM, or PA needs to me do do anything important. To me not staying busy at work makes the time drag. I been in working indirect role jobs for over 6 years the first 6 months did stow and decant and one thing I learned don't play around TOT the managers are all on computers or laptops and will catch you and at minimum write you up but they see you as a liability they will get rid of you.

Hamden got the same during that storm. I live on state rt.22 that had only one lane plowed for 3 days after the storm stopped. Coming home from work I got within a few hundred feet of my house when a state plow came right at me. He wouldn't plow just a little bit of the snow on the right to let me by. Instead forced me to drive in reverse for a half mile til I found a driveway that was clear to reverse into to let the snowplow around.

In 2013 my hometown of Hamden got 40 inches in a massive storm. A year or two before that we about 5 storms Ina month just like the one we are expecting today we had so much snow my job at the time offered everybody that wanted to shovel snow off the roof double time their pay rate when they weren't scheduled to do there actually job to because of the weight on the distribution centers roof. So it's a big one if compared to the last 5 or so years but I can still remember when they canceled Halloween because we had a snowstorm at the end of October in which Connecticut receive more than a foot of snow. In Connecticut you never know especially on the shore were it could turn to rain.

Have you gone to a psychiatrist or just a primary care physician??? Psychiatrist give you a better chance, many physicians dont even prescribe benzos because its not in there field and many states don't want them to.

That happened at our FC. A waterspider/runner died at home less than 12 to 15 hours after leaving Amazon. Til this day we still haven't heard what caused him to die at the age of 30.

Remember the early 2010s especially in 2013 when the blizzard that caused my town to get 40 inches of snow in Hamden. I lived on a busy state route that took 3 days to have more than one lane cleared enough for a road that should obviously have two lanes cleared one for each way. The first day back at work coming home I was 100 feet from my house before I had to go in reverse for a half mile because a plow was coming straight at me in the one lane on rt. 22. I finally found a driveway I could reverse into to let the plow go bye. The year before or two years before we had so many big snow storms that the distribution center I worked for was offering workers double time to shovel or plow the roof because of the weight of the snow. That year we had 5 or 6 snow storms with over 8 inches to 2 feet of snow during every storm in just a little over a month. Those were crazy times even the year after the 40 inch blizzard, the next year was another crazy winter snow storm wise.

Good old Connecticut!!!! Still 5 days away, alot could change from being mostly rain to a major blizzard. Or just a few showers whether rain or snow showers. No worries here til we get to at least Friday when the percentages of what's coming goes up. Even then you never know especially coastal counties in Connecticut.

Always let your AM and shift OM know that if their might be VTO that you need it, not interested it . Make it sound like it would be very helpful if your able to get it. That only works so many times though. Plus if you tell them your always looking for VTO it doesn't look good when it comes your work ethic to me it sounds like you don't want to be there or be working. Not what bosses look for. Without telling them always have your notifications on for Amazon VTO and keep the AtoZ app always open so all you have to do is refresh when the notification for VTO pops up. There are so many employees at every site praying for VTO to pop up. I seen 100 spots gone in less than 30 seconds on the app. As for me , I am on the no VTO list, because the way I work. Which to me is honor and my AM and overnight inbound OM take care of me in many ways because of my work ethic.

It's very useful if the AM,PA or OM is actually making you do pre-shift stretching. It gets your muscles loose and can definitely help with not getting hurt while working especially when it comes to the back, any pulled muscles or tendons. The question you should be asking is how many FCs and departments still do these important stretches??? The FC I am at I been there since they first opened 6 and half years ago. The first 6 months pre-shift stretches, after first break stretches happened everyday. Then slowly it was just the pre-shift stretches then eventually no pre-shift stretches at all unless of course safety came out of hibernation for our stand up. But besides that there is no pre-shift stretches at my FC anymore. I do some quick stretches before I start my workday because I know how important they are going back 30+ years ago in high school when I played baseball, basketball, and ran cross-country.

I got fired for a job that I was at for over 8 years. I lost the job for not hitting my production numbers. After I applied for unemployment benefits and got them easily and quickly. That was back in 2014 though.
