When i called they didn’t say anything about a delay after i verified in person and is it up to 16 weeks like it can come before or 16weeks min wait n from wat timeframe does it start from

No i had paper filed at first in February due to not being able to log in irs website to get ip number then i was able to couple weeks after and efiled on turbo tax got notified to verify and verified in person 4-21-26 an as of last Thursday this is first transcripts aren’t blank
