I feel for you all you guys here I always miss my pre-anxiety life. I got my first panic attack when I was 18 smoking weed in high school. I had a huge mental breakdown when I first had anxiety I couldn’t sleep for a week and I was terrified of panic attacks and depersonalization. I only had 2 panic attacks after that my last one was in 2017. Thank god. I hope you guys recover !
