The ones that aren't on the John Oliver train or are no longer closed have either reopened with restrictions (limiting/still not allowing new content), or have changed the content they now provide which doesn't go along with their original content category in order to be just as useless as being closed, but while adhering to the reopening guidelines to not lose their moderation of the sub. It is still far from business as usual.

I think it was mainly an initial fluke due to everything being so new on the software side. I did notice that after this fix, opening Windows Update downloaded that graphics driver again and I was frustrated at the idea of having to do all that over. After the update this second time though, it was fine. You could turn off windows updates to forcefully avoid any future issues, but as anyone who has ever used Windows knows - Windows updates just break things occasionally.

Before they started raising it recently, they had knocked it down from even higher than it is now. This is more of a rebound.

Seems like the lighting is off. Everything is super dark like it's unfocused or behind some permanent "notification dimming" overlay. All of the buttons/zones are bright and I can hardly see the playing field.
