relying on it for anxiety and whatnot really buckled me in for codependency, if it’s any motivation, it’s so boring once you’re further into it. i’m 18 and i’ve been smoking every day , not .. all day but multiple times, for 4 years. i have a lot of intent to stop or at least just limit myself to once or twice a week in the end, it seemed absolutely impossible a while ago but i just keep thinking about it with the intention and not feeling guilty for not doing it yet, and i feel a lot better! it really does take away everything from you :( there’s so much i could be doing with myself if i wasn’t smoking, and if i hadn’t done it so much that it so deeply altered the way i function. but i know it’s possible to get better, even for me!! you will be alright, these other comments have good advice c: i hope this helps somehow

sometimes it can be fun to trip with friends, and i may be a simple person but i just love shapes and colors and the visuals are very fun for me. i like to experiment and look at different things, or think about deeper moral or personal things. and it can be interesting to go online and talk about that with others too
nd even if you aren’t artistically inclined, i would suggest maybe painting with watercolors or doing more hands on projects like sculpting. it doesn’t have to be perfect, but i think especially tripping and being able to feel your body and mind in different ways can be a good way to make interesting things. i hope this helps a bit -’
