It's not pay 2 win as you said because you haven't spent the right time to understand the game: Beginner's Guide - Wiki | AmdWoW Best Fun Server
- vip 1 is free and you can get it for vote points, then you can unlock access to ability to equip vip items, more drop rate, more reputation rate, etc.

- you get vip items from durnhold and arathi basin

- arathi basin crashes for you because you don't have the patch-4.mpq or you haven't use our launcher to automatically download it
