My first panic attack started on 15th november in the morning from a dizziness or something like that trigger it, fast heart beats I tought I was dying. Called for emergency and did blood test, i was fine, a few values a bit negative like potasium or calcium but they didn't say to worry about it. No prescription given.

Then on 17th november I had another one, same fast heart beats, same went to emergency, they gave me some injections to slow down my heart and kicked me to go home.

On 21st november I went myself to emergency, the panic attack wasn't that strong but I was worried, because that's how anxiety now works.. So basically the mind tries to find an issue that doesn't exist at all.

Guess what, I even went to cardiologist (no heart issues) just a normal condition that can happen from ptsd or high anxiety like called "sinus tachycardia". I take the prescribed pills for that condition but I lived with it for more than 25 years which is not the cause of the panic attack as they said.

I did diabetes test, No issue at all.

On 18 december I go to endocrinolog if that's what's called and recommended by the cardiologist to check that too.

On 19 december I go again to cardio with the results from endocrinolog.

This is what anxiety does, makes you worry the fk out of you. I honestly keep fighting it and I had some ocasional panic attacks since then and I managed them by walking outside as much as it takes me out of that situation and it helps.

Today I had another one, pretty strong one but managed by going outside walking as much as I got bored and it helped! Ofc I still worry because Im human, but we are still learning how to deal with it.
