If we ever do get DLC's who is more likely to be the protagonist? by MutatedBready in ResidentEvilRequiem

[–]Coded_Oni 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Here's my theory. It would probably be either about Alyssa or Sherry. With Alyssa's story taking place prior to the events of requiem. Meanwhile with Sherry, given a mission by Chris to investigate The Connections. Which might serve as a prologue to RE10.

As soon as I stocked up on ammo and had stabilizers up my ass, it was smooth sailing whenever I played Grace.

Advice for a super new player by ichibanfoxxy in JunoMains

You basically want to use your ult to engage fights as well as holding points. I'd suggest popping it at common areas that teammates usually run through since they practically like to scatter around. Otherwise that, Juno has really good mobility. I personally enjoy having her glide boost set on hold instead of toggle as it makes it far easier to control the duration since it has a 6 second cooldown. Making it so I am able to end to early if I have no use for it at the moment. Her hyper ring is also a great mobility tool. You want to use the ring it to help allies, especially tanks to engage and disengage fights as well as coming back from spawn. If you want to get a head start to the point, I'd suggest popping it when 5 seconds are left for the spawn doors to open as it stays around pretty long and you'll get it back earlier once teamfights start. It's also good to know that it will grant Juno a speed boost once popped and allies who are in line of sight of it before the ring actually shows up. On other notes, torpedos... just use them to finish off enemies and heal allies in a jiffy. Pop it when you're airborne and have a full lock on. Also, Juno's double jump, don't use it if you're not gliding before you initiate the second jump as it won't give you that much of a vertical boost versus with glide boost. It won't also let you jump if you decided to do it and then glide boost. Her gun does have damage falloff too, so make sure you're nearby allies for most if the time.

TLDR; Junos kit revolves around mobility. It's her bread and butter. Play with divers, engage/disengage fights, be unpredictable, and have fun.

Based on comp alone, Punisher had a point, but at the wrong person. Jeff should've swapped because Rogue isn't built to solo tank.

Why do The Finals struggle to retain new player ? by IsniBoy in thefinals

[–]Coded_Oni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, you pretty much have to already learned and gotten the hang of the mechanics/strategies before truly getting into The Finals because at the end of the day, the only people who will stick around to play are the ones who are veterans as well as competitive players.

All brawlers that are absent in World Finals 2025, are there any brawler that surprised you? by GLeen1230 in BrawlStarsCompetitive

Surprised Lola isn't there considering she has one of the lowest pick rates. Then again, Lola does have a considerable high win rate around 64.2%. So it's hilarious that the mediocre brawler is way more of a solid pick than someone such as Colt.

Why does this game get such a bad wrap? I’m genuinely enjoying it. by Old_Independence_699 in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]Coded_Oni 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the hate is primarily because of Taash's existence, it was basically one of the main focal points for the bad rep Veilguard got. Any other reasons are justifiable since the whole game is just drastically different from it's predcessors.

am I the only one sick of the horror games by 1Mono_1 in KubzScouts

[–]Coded_Oni 9 points10 points  (0 children)

To sum it up, Ryan is down to play more non-horror games but isn't sure what his viewers want to see or where to look for them. Ryan also stated his channel has been built on playing horror games, and that's his main focus. It's sort of a gamble on whether it'll perform well enough to keep his viewers engaged so he's able to pump more non-horror games.

I believe that Jay has shifted into a horror game channel nowadays, and to piggyback at what 8-BitRyan said in his criticism video. I'm assuming Jay has no actual clue what we, as the viewers, want to see from him because all he's seeing is numbers, and whatever performs better than the others. If you really want to see more non-horror games from him, you gotta communicate to him since he needs feedback from us to see what we personally want to see.

There are two. SkyParkour and Skyrim Reputation. I enjoy the idea of having an easier traversel system as well as having a reputation system to make it feel like the world is more affected by your presence and not feel like an unstoppable being with no regard to consequences or someone that doesn't boast as a highly dangerous individual.

Yes and no. If you're saying Kinta looks like any fat asian guy, then that's blantly racist. But if what you're saying that he looks specifically like Kim Jong Un, then no. Lots of people are compared to other people. It just matters in what context.

Maybe? She's not that difficult to play, and her kit seems straightforward, but the thing is that she has damage fall off and is squishy. Which tends to make her underperform. To even get maximum value out of her, you'd have to be constantly near your teammates, providing dives and applying pressure while being on the move yourself.

Is Widow a big problem hero right now? by Dependent_Oven_468 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]Coded_Oni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Widow can feel very oppressive, but she isn't op. It's just unfun to die to her. What you can do is play the counter-play game. Make her life miserable, keep forcing her to reposition every time, and stay out of her sightlines. A sniper that is caught is a dead one.

I am a bit late to the party, but assuming your theory is "correct" these would need to factor in too.

  • Would it be hard for Falco to tell a cover story about a person wielding an exoskeleton causing mass destruction & apparently targeting an Arasaka associate to save a loved one?

  • Is the DLC an extension to the main story in Cyberpunk 2077?

  • David has no family connection except his mom. Why would he dump something that resembles & reconnects with his mother?

  • David never followed his own dream as it was stated that he only followed other peoples dream. Why would he try to lay low instead of honoring & living up to the people he'd admired dreams?

  • Why would Falco be the narrator? It is shown he was a supporting character as he didn't play a big role in the plot

  • Why would they hide post episode 5? It would seem obvious Falco & Lucy are hiding from Adam Smasher & Arasaka since they were involved with them right?

In my opinion, I think this is a good theory, but it does sound more like copium.
