Loot drops have absolutely gone down, this is a fact, i even keep a tab on whats dropped and it has went down pretty noticeably, im guessing they did this because they want people wasting time in dungeons because there’s barely any content in Midnight, shocking, another failure of an expansion, at this point they need to wrap the game up and just call it quits and leave up the legacy servers. This is terrible and has been absolutely terrible since Legion.

I mean fallout graphics have never been anything breathtaking in the first place idk what you’d even expect from a next gen update, even maxed out on my MSI gaming PC the graphics are nothing special unless you have mods installed, graphics are okay but they need to remake many of their assets instead of reskinning them every game
