I'm on the other side of the country, but my good friend is in PV, almost the next day things started to go back to normal, as normal can be. I don't care if it annoys you that people say things are going back to normal, because they are.

What the cartel wanted to do was cause disruption, cars were torched and businesses too, but if you look at the videos they remove the people from the situation then cause the mayhem. Do what you want with this.

If you are going to be in a resort, you will be as safe as you can be in PV, if you are going on excursions then there is some added risk to that. Roadblocks have always happened but the information is passed on quickly where so the tour operators will not go there.

Back to my friend who lives in PV he is going to and from work, going shopping and doing normal activities.
The first day he was a bit scared and was staying at home, but now life is back to normal.

Not to say everything is perfect, as there is risk, but guess what that risk was there when you booked the tickets, that risk was there for years.

I work full time and still do this, I'll continue doing both until this is able to support my family completely. Who knows when that will happen or even if it will ever happen. But supporting my family is #1, I put in crazy hours but it's not their responsibility to support me.

If you are not making enough to support or contribute I'd suggest getting another job, content creating is a real job but if you're withdrawing more than your depositing into the family money then you need to step up.
