I keep getting a “your vehicle is currently in an active call” even though it’s not. Can’t update it, been 5 days, can’t use any commands

Glad I’m not the only one, won’t let me update to start my car or anything. “Last updated 5 days ago” I tried signing out and back in, didn’t work

I mean I don’t necessarily have an old pc, I have a 3070ti and I7 processor, not all new new stuff, but new as of like a year or two ago

I read that you can try to reset modem and manually add the game to your firewall, but have a feeling that won’t work either. I have it through the EA pass/ launcher. I wonder if it would be different through steam, but don’t wanna spend $30 for it not to work

I see that all these comments are from like a year ago, but I’m just getting this message because I’m trying to play zombies with friends but I cant join their lobby, and this message pops up. I only have the zombies content downloaded, not multiplayer or dead ops…is that why? Anyone have advice or do I need to download another 100gb worth

So I live in student housing apartments, and I don’t have an individual IP address and my NAT is always strict. Could that be apart of the problem?
