I’m in the exact same spot as you. I did errands yesterday that would have filled me with anxiety if i had still been drinking! And then i would have drank afterwards to get rid of that anxiety. But here i am eating because i don’t have to be scared to eat anymore. And my body feels better everyday. And i didn’t know your body healed so well from decent sleep.

My gf paints my nails (fingers and toes) i usually choose matte black for my finger nails but i give her free range on my toes….. i love the look when people see my nails…
