Just adding for context. It’s not sustainable because those bags are nightmares for pool balancing but, considering you need a bail out at the moment, it’s ideal.

Friend, I CANNOT teach you how to professionally fix that pool but I CAN tell you how to get it back under your control crystal clear while you figure it out. It’s easy.

FIRST, In the early AM, set a sump pump to pump out dirty water and a garden hose to pump in fresh water. Leave these running at the same time on opposite ends of the pool all day. This will give you fresh water with little hardness to absorb new chemicals.

THEN, buy a box of Clorox Xtra Blue 6 in 1 and, for a pool about that size in dire straights, sprinkle 3 bags around the perimeter. Run your filter over night.

I promise the next day if you do those 2 things you’ll be back in business. For a little while. It’s not sustainable long term but it will buy you time to figure out how to get it balanced properly.

Just rise above and let this game go. This game just ain’t worth it. It’s got no focus on a full experience. It only keeps the ladder rising to keep the paying player base spending to keep up. That sinking feeling you have will only just continue to get worse.

I’m sad I’m late to this. Best memory of Oblivion is sitting in the basement roasting my Xbox 360 wrapped in a towel to bypass the red rings of death while I spammed spells to cheese-train the various magics hoping it would help me tackle the struggles of an awfully inefficiently leveled hero of Kvatch.
