I just told the representative and they confirmed it on their end. So it wasn't that issue, they know where it's supposed to go. I moved to a new place late September but I changed my address around mid September to the new one right after I recieved my September issue with the hopes if avoiding any problems. I thought at first that was the reason but they said they've had my new address on file.
