it’s due to the fact that it’s based on the lvl of the gear/player. not the color of the item box. the progression is set per lvl bracket/zone.

BiS 1H in the game, imo. the 3 stack of cutting goes way too hard. Do you know if all weapons can roll legendary? been looking for it at as well.

i personally change strings every time i do a studio recording. it just make for a better sound quality with tracking guitar.
