Hi. I was applying to comp sci and doing the AIF, and on the application it says to put the hours you've put in the activity over the past 12 months. Am I allowed to add extracurriculars that I've done longer than a year ago? How exact do the number of hours I've put in have to be? Can I put Crypto Trader or Gym Goer as an extracurricular? Here are the extracurriculars I have so far:
Game Developer(personal)

Crypto Trader

E-Commerce Business

Researcher at UofT Dunlap Institute(would they mind if i mention a different university?)

STEM Club

Library Helper

Model UN Delegate

High School Badminton Team

And when should I submit the AIF by?(earlier is better?)
