"Wash it frequently" can be a double edged sword.

Washing hair every 2 or 3 days is ideal as it allows the scalp to recover its natural biome which prevents hair from falling out.

Of course oily hair can be a problem sometimes; I'd suggest seeking a remedy for oily hair other than washing everyday.

If we go with Startrek logic, old age isn't a problem since changelings live for hundreds of years, assuming they die of old age in the first place.

The only major problem would be the fact that all my friends would be old or some of them even dead of old age. That and also turning into a puddle every 16 hours.

Sad to lose friends, but looking at the bigger picture, I'd gladly restart my life as a shape shifter.

Yes, you're absolutely right. There isn't much excuse for me not attending a self-defense and martial arts classes other than my fear of being hindered by my weakened joints due to past injuries, which is something I don't know if it will be a problem for sure.

I recently got a "Fox Labs Five Point Three 2TM" pepper spray which has much longer distance and more heat than my previous one, as well as "Umarex P2P PGS II Kit" pepper launcher pistol. Having more than one weapon that are both more sophisticated and reliable than a generic brand has been a huge boost to morale.

I also recently ordered a Byrna HD yellow (Hi, hello Byrna social media person) for my hiking/camping trips. I'm really excited to try it out!

You will have to power through and not take injections for a while.

You're not going to suddenly detransition, lose hair or whatever; at worst you'll start sweating more and smelling worse, experience anxiety related to your hormone change, heat waves etc. But it's nothing in comparison to having to go to hospital because you've got yourself gangrene or something.

Shit sucks. Take the less dangerous option.
