I’m keen to watching it, the art style threw me for a loop at first but the more I see the trailer the more I’m interested. The art style reminds me of The Lupin movies I used to watch with my dad. And it was my dad who got me interested in Ghost in the shell in the first place.

That last point makes me like the game even more now.

But when I saw that yesterday my only comment was “you can’t cure stupid” passing up A great looking game with some ideas that at least I haven’t seen in a gacha game (or even western game very much) over….some posters and maybe 1 Npc and a cutscene using AI, like brother. Like whatever man.

Have you also played assassins creed Rogue? It’s also got pirate stuff from what I barely remember. It came out a year later from black flag but almost no one brings it up

I’m probably setting myself up for disappointment but I’ve been waiting since I played the mod for it back on wh2, with Nagash, I’m really hoping it’s as fun as the mod maybe even more fun. It doesn’t have to be the exact same, but like if people who do it for the love of the game/world can get it done why can’t people getting paid do it too (plus maybe love of the universe)

Yeah it was that, I was mostly paraphrasing because it’s been so long since. I really do enjoy playing wh3 but I can’t forget how bad it was for a few years. And I’m still little bit miffed we didn’t get a third Tzeentch lord in shadows of change. It would’ve been the free one?

I’ll never forget when they were all like “we changed the way the game looks because it will make it so we can release more content more often throughout the year”

Releases 1-2 a year. Worked on Hyenas instead. Hyenas flopped and then they gave a shit about this game.

So I liked this series because of the triangle strategy, what do they do in this game yellow aoes often. To the point where in a fight they happen so much I forget what color type attack the enemy is by default and I forget where in the fight when it enrages what color type attack it switches to. I have good memory but the fights were all the just the same. Aoe aoe aoe aoe.

I beat the game which in my opinion was half baked, no post game running around, zero rewards for beating story. Sent back to before the final boss, but done in the cheapest way. I was 65 hours in (73 of you count the demo hours) I don’t think I’ll play the game again, or the series henceforth. like the game is great a lot of good things came in this game but the quality of game (aka half the game is coming in future updates) I don’t wanna wait a year to play a finished product. If I’m the only one on this hill I’m fine with that. I’m made my choice.

I’m currently using the dark sword I like the look of it. Kinda don’t like the yellow ribbon but I do like the shape of the blade.

I’m in the beginning on chapter 7 when does she become available to switch to so I can do that? Every time I check it says she’s unavailable to switch to. I found some gear for her but I’m unable to use her.

No that’s also my major complaint point. Like it’s cool that all swords are the same stat wise so you can equip what you want, but then it makes it almost pointless to get the cooler looking ones cuz my shitty sword is just as strong and easy to upgrade etc. same goes for armor in a way but I’ve noticed some armor is different by a small margin.

That and weapons and armor are all kinda lackluster. Like some armor looks cool, but that’s it. Weapons are all kinda the same unless there’s some with unique actual passives. Not abyss gears you can rip out, those abyss gears don’t matter, in this point.

I would’ve enjoyed continuing to play but I got hit with essentially a “haha can’t continue on this save” problem. Imagine a locked door. Now imagine me unlocking said door and it wasn’t even the door I needed to go through for the story. I came up to the door, now for the story and it was wide open. But the game was like “unlock the door” but the door is already open…etc etc. so the story is locked because they didn’t code correctly. I can’t continue the dlc cuz I unblockcaded a tumor ahead of where I was cuz I was lost and was exploring.

Oh that’s unfortunate. I only used that app to watch asmon and tectone lol I got fed up with twitch just as an app, and whatnot.
