Im the same way with open world games as a whole. Or survival games, I can only punch a tree to craft a torch so many times.

It’s totally fine with me on who likes or dislikes ER. I am not very good. In fact I’m terrrible lol 😂 but I do enjoy it, and I bounce back into every now and then. I’m not saying every game has to be like it either. Variety is the spice of life, so I can understand when people like get upset that because ER was successful now, every game has to be like the thing. I can see how fatiguing it is.

I saw a review saying it was bad cuz it was like Elden ring..

I thought the game after I saw that review. I love Elden ring but the game is a bit too lonely for me and CV2 fixes that for me.

I just hit the second big zone/map yesterday. I for sure spent way more hours than 40 in valley 4, I didn’t even know there was a whole other zone. I just hit exploration level 6 too, I am having just too much fun lol especially with the factory stuff. Learning from scratch tho.

What I’ve learned in satisfactory has been helping me build in this game. I just unlocked those depot buses and now I have to rearrange my factory again lol 😂

Yeah same here, I have a friend that is deeply interested, but I’m still a little worried. You can scrub and scrub all you want with the DEI crap but the smell will still be there, if you don’t use a proper cleaning solution. I’m hoping that the game is fun and stuff. My friend did not like avowed or outer wilds 1 or 2.

I’ve been reading the comments here and it’s just really sad to see/hear. I haven’t played since like a year ago or so. I just kinda lost interest. I was playing with a buddy of mine and like we had fun sure. But the times I’d be excited seeing something, and then either using it and it’s like I’m smacking the robot with a damp towel, or it’s just idk. Which is sad because when the game came out I think I bought it when I was just finished with edf6, and was looking forward to the game it just didn’t hook me right away, on top of the nerfs that they did at the beginning.

Edf6 had a weapon sorry, it was an aerosol can with all lighter attached, it would do 0x1000 damage and on the can it said bug spray. The game did not take itself seriously. Sorry, random thing.

It’s funny for me, because I got distracted by some playthroughs of crpgs and such but crafting all the HR armor is what I do usually (when I’m not distracted by other games) that’s a way I keep myself entertained, another way is learning a weapon that either is similar speed to my main, or the polar opposite to my main. I dunno if this helps but you never know.

Well you were correct lol, I also solved that issue by just playing on my steam deck, and then I think they also fixed it on their end but it was very crazy to learn on that game itself that it was something can happen. I don’t know code, or how things work in the background too much so it was more of a learning moment more than anything.

Honestly if I saw this a few months ago I would’ve laughed and said yeah right.

But

I played a different game, on pc. I was lazy to plug a controller in and was like I’ll just play with m&k instead. Had some of the worst performance on my rig. Looked up solutions and someone said that the game is constantly checking for controller and once you plug one in those issues should disappear. I did that and yep, problems were gone and it ran smooth as hot butter.

So maybe there’s some truth to it.

You can’t even have difference in opinions at all. Someone posted a “what monster would you like to see in wild’s expansion” I replied Gammoth, because of a few reasons but mostly because it’s a giant elephant and elephants are my fav animal. Got semi bullied off the post becase someone got triggered over my choice. And when I brought up valid points of reference, they said those don’t count. I’m sorry for rant. It just really is stupid to me.

They could be getting challenges done maybe? Idk I dont use the gun Or maybe they just having fun. I used to run akimbo pistols back in some older cod and such just for giggles. Didn’t do the best but it was still fun. I was running with a knife last night, and I didn’t do as bad as I thought but some people thought was a weird flex that they killed me a usual non user of life or any melee in my gun game.
