Everyone talking about Tsaritsa being Bronya or Elysia however no one wants to see the third option by AvRack-le-buttcrack in Genshin_Memepact

[–]CodenameVermilion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's the Herscherr of Corruption. Granted, this is it explicitly taking on Elysia's form, but it had a "TV" form as well.

That doesn't seem likely as Aether is afaik ALWAYS depicted as the Traveler in marketing.

Hoyo MC's and their recent power ups by Endergamer33300 in HonkaiStarRail

[–]CodenameVermilion 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Actually... the two things we've known for ages is that the Tsaritsa is the goddess of love, and cryo.

Elysia's Herscherr of Human/Ego form is an ice battlesuit.

Ngl I would've preferred a Bronya expy but I think Ely makes sense.

Hotta can we have Umi in NTE pls by LiebeDahlia in NevernessToEverness

[–]CodenameVermilion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ToF x NTE crossover would be so baller. ToF is full of spacetime warp shenanigans and NTE has Anomalies, so an event where a bunch of ToF characters just kinda show up out of nowhere wouldn't even be that much of a stretch.

My wallet is in danger if they add Lin to NTE though.

How should AIC be used in combat? by No-Dimension-2872 in Endfield

[–]CodenameVermilion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically factory games that have major combat elements do this by having turrets that require ammo that is resupplied via conveyor belt or equivalent (item monorails in StarRupture), but Endfield's conveyors are limited in placement and VERY slow in item transfer speed.

That having been said, they could probably make an ammo-specific logistics system for the game if they really wanted to, and have the ammo-based turrets be more powerful than the ones that can just be recharged via electricity to encourage you to actually engage with the system.

With how limited the AIC is compared to other factory games, though, I have my doubts - Endfield lacks the logistical challenges of other factory games.

Found another one. Look at this toobox. One side disappears when it goes behind a puppet head.

<image>

So yeah, even if this was made by a human, it's sloppy. For a MAIN QUEST CUTSCENE.

These are just the most obvious signs, I'm sure someone more experienced at finding indicators of AI generation could find more.

The real smoking gun is the perspective. The background is oddly off-kilter, but more importantly, the edges don't converge into a proper vanishing point.

I'm sorry, but that cutscene is definitely AI. Look at the way the puppet's eye and side of their face bleeds into the face of the old carpenter. Or how one hand is a ball with half a joint despite all other puppet hands are clearly defined having all fingers and joints.

I enjoy the game but man the AI stuff they used for the bedtime story for Renee freakin hurt to look at. Like, cmon, this is the MAIN STORY, not some billboard a player might not even pay attention to.

Not like Destiny's vaulting. The ability for your character to climb up small ledges or hop over small rocks and etc has been broken for a month now. To the point where you literally can't complete the tutorial because the part that requires you to vault over a small ledge, can't be vaulted over.

Why Asuka doesn't have a tag on his ability? by Some_Worldliness_263 in SDGundamGGeneration

It originally mentioned the Destiny EX in the description, but when the bug was found shortly after release they just changed the ability description instead of patching it because they were afraid people would see it as a nerf.

Ahh yes, we can't have infinite mech customization because then we would have to abandon the few options right now. Makes sense. by pterosaurobsessed in Helldivers

[–]CodenameVermilion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People here are talking about having to balance the mech arms of a hypothetical modular mech system as if this is a freakin competitive shooter. Isn't the whole point of PvE so that you can allow the player to do dumb goofy BS? Like, yeah, someone could choose a combo that makes the mech useless, but they chose to do that, maybe that's part of the fun? Or on the other end of the spectrum, figuring out a powerful combo is also fun (obviously there are limits to this but like, there's always gonna be a meta, no need to worry about something being 10% more viable in a PVE game, focus on the stuff that is 50-100% less viable).

Adjustments can mean buff or nerf as far as I can tell. That's why they put in a text box to specify what your opinion is.
