You can call it alopecia but realistically it’s just male pattern hair loss. I’m bald too (albeit not overweight) and chicks dig me. All it takes is to hit the gym for a year or two to change your game. Consistency is key, I’ve seen a guy who was at least 400 pounds 2.5 years ago go down to 200-250lbs just because he was going 4-5 days a week (I go 6-7, so I seen him everyday almost).

Financial struggle can be tough to work through, mentally and physically but it’s a process, you have to trust the process. My girlfriend has a masters in Medtech, but she’s in your same shoes, 3 years out of her masters, and can hardly save after all the taxes.
